Kevin is Of Counsel with the law firm of Khalifeh & Strupinsky, P.C. in New York and founder of his law firm, The Schadick Law Firm, LLC in Ohio. Kevin advises on and prepares trademark U.S. and international trademark applications for clients to protect their brands and logos, and he also does non-profit filing. Additionally, Kevin advises non-profit organizations on proper corporate structure and assists with their preparation and filing of their applications for tax-exemption.
Kevin received his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2005. He previously worked at the law firm of Seeley, Savidge, Ebert & Gourash, LPA in Cleveland, OH for 10 years as an associate advising entrepreneurs and business clients on start-up formation, equity raises, and mergers & acquisitions prior to transitioning his practice to trademark and non-profit law when he created his own firm in 2017. He is dual licensed in Ohio and New York and is preparing to apply for admission on motion in the State of Arizona.
Kevin lives in Beachwood, Ohio with his wife and two sons. During his free time, he enjoys rock climbing and spending time watching his youngest son who is a short-track speedskater, and his oldest son train and compete as a competitive figure skater.
